You can generate product photos with custom backgrounds, lifestyle scenes, and editorial looks; remove or swap backgrounds; upscale and enhance image resolution; generate short video clips; and create batch catalogs for e-commerce — all powered by state-of-the-art AI models.

What is an AI credit?

One AI credit equals one generation task — such as producing a product image, editing a photo, or creating a video clip. High-resolution or batch outputs may consume more credits per task. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing cycle.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No — credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your typical monthly usage so you always have what you need.

Can I try Multigen AI for free?

Yes. Our Free plan gives you a monthly credit allowance with no credit card required. You can explore all generation workflows and get a feel for the platform before upgrading to a paid plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and your new credit balance is applied right away. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

What output quality does each plan support?

The Free plan produces standard-resolution outputs. Starter unlocks HD quality. Pro and Business plans include 4K resolution outputs — ideal for print, large-format advertising, and high-fidelity product catalogs.

Do generated images have a watermark?

Free plan outputs include a Multigen AI watermark. All paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) produce clean, watermark-free images that are ready for commercial use.

Is there an API for developers?
